WARRANTY Mule -Hide TPO 20-Year NDL Warranty Material and Labor Coverage - No Dollar Limit This warranty covers the installed Mule -Hide TPO roofing system for a period of 20 years from the date of substantial completion, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations outlined herein. Coverage Includes: Full Material and Labor Protection: Mule -Hide will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any leak in the warranted roofing system caused by a manufacturing defect in Mule -Hide materials or by faulty workmanship in the installation of the Mule -Hide system, as approved at the time of installation. No Dollar Limit (NDL): There is no cap on the repair cost for valid claims; Mule -Hide covers 100% of the labor and material costs required to resolve qualifying issues. 20-Year Term: Warranty coverage extends for 20 years from the date of certified project completion. Eligibility Requirements: System must be installed by a Mule -Hide Certified Installer Project must be inspected and approved by a Mule -Hide representative upon completion Only Mule -Hide approved components may be used in the system (e.g., insulation, adhesives, fasteners) System design must meet Mule -Hide's specifications, including proper slope, drainage, and attachment Limitations: Does not cover leaks or damage caused by: • Natural disasters (hail, wind > specified limits, fire, etc.) Structural movement, building alterations, or improper maintenance Abuse, vandalism, or traffic without protective walkways Routine maintenance is not covered under warranty but is required to maintain warranty Unauthorized repairs void warranty This warranty is transferable under specific conditions and may require an inspection and re -certification process.
