ORDINANCE NO. 7 794e <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,517.00 <br />FROM THE DISCOVERY HALL FUND OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA, FOR RENTAL <br />OF STORAGE SPACE FOR THE STUDEBAKER <br />COLLECTION TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND <br />FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Funds are needed to provide storage area for that <br />portion of the Studebaker Collection which is not on display. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $1,517.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1980, from the Discovery Hall Fund of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. This appropriation is to be administered <br />by the Department of Administration and Finance and will be <br />distributed as set forth below: <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br />520.0 Rents $1,517.00 <br />TOTAL $1,517.00 <br />SECTION II.
