Docusign Envelope ID: D6C53305-7513-4331-95AB-7279605F17A9 <br />8.0 TASK 8: Bidding & Negotiating <br />8.1 Pre -Bid Meeting: Prepare and lead a pre -bid meeting and prepare meeting notes. <br />8.2 Contractor Questions and Addenda: Respond to Contractors' questions and prepare <br />and certify addendums. <br />8.3 Certified Bid Tabulation: Review and evaluate the bids and certify the bid tabulation. <br />9.0 TASK 9: Construction Services <br />9.1 Pre -Construction Meeting: Prepare for and attend pre -construction meeting prior to <br />commencement of Work. <br />9.2 Construction Engineering Assistance: Provide clarifications and interpretations to <br />project plans and specifications, prepare change orders and work directives, review <br />shop drawings and samples, review project schedule, evaluate substitutes, review <br />contractor's applications for payment and provide recommendation. <br />9.3 Meetings and Site Visits: Prepare for and attend up to four (4) progress meetings, and <br />perform site visits the same day. <br />ESTIMATED SCHEDULE: <br />The Project will be completed under the tentative milestones shown below.
