We would then <br />move the fence forward and shorten it to a picket fence. We would then build a back porch in the <br />remaining area of the garage and build a small stoop off of the sunroom. We would use rock face <br />cinderblocks for the foundation of the porch, and douglas fir t&g flooring and the trim would be cypress <br />and we would repair the missing stucco. For the stoop we would use cypress trim and cedar 1x6 deck <br />boards with wooden stairs coming off both the stoop and the porch. <br />File Upload <br />Site Plans, Aerial Views, and/or Blueprints: One (1) set shall be submitted with the Application. <br />Uploaded documentation must show existing property lines, buildings, structures, and proposed project <br />location(s).
