(, 7 GS ---9t� <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $66,775.15 <br />FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND TO THE GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Certain Barrett Law Sewer Projects have been constructed in accord- <br />ance with bids and resolutions submitted to, and approved by the <br />Board of Public Works. The City of South Bend has been assessed <br />the sum of $66,775.15 for part of Phillipa Street Sanitary Sewer <br />and funds are needed for payment of this assessment. The Cumulative <br />Sewer Building and Sinking Fund has been established and can legally <br />incur this cost. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I. That the sum of $66,775.15 be appro- <br />priated— from the Cumulative Sewer Building and <br />Sinking Fund to the General Improvement Fund, for <br />costs as set forth below: <br />Phillipa Street Sanitary Sewer $66,775.15 <br />(Calvert to Highland) <br />SECTION II.
