We are going to have a Bounce House for the children and <br />were asking everyone to still have their own individual yard celebration. We are wanting to close <br />• our street off due to the number of children on this end of Elmer Street. We are concerned with <br />the holiday traffic / speed on our street due to the fact we don't have speed bumps.
