Klosinski, P.E., Assistant City Engineer SUBJECT: Agenda Request —Bid Opening South Well Field, Water Treatment Plant, and Distribution System Improvements — Bid Package 2 Division A Project No. 117-059A / DFO PROJ00000082 DATE: June 2, 2025 The Board of Public Works will receive public bids for the subject project at its Regular Meeting on June 10, 2025. The Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering and Division of Water Works request the Board open and read public bids into the record at the June 10, 2025, meeting. The bids for Bid Package 2 Division A were rebid since no complete bids were received at the previous bid opening. The Division of Engineering and Division of Water will review of bids received during the rebid of Project No. 117-059A South Well Field, Water Treatment Plant, and Distribution System Improvements — Bid Package 2, Division A. At that time, the bids will be compared to determine if Bid Package #1 or Bid Package 2 Division A and Division B present the most economical construction project for the Division of Water and the improvements needed at the South Well Field Water Treatment Plant site.
