Ordianace No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordiannce of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: Part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 37 North, Range 3 East, South Bend, Indiana, described as follows: A parcel of land consisting of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Parker and Allen Addition to South Bend as recorded in Book 11, page 49 in the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office. Also, Lot S of the Replat of Lots 14 to 37, Parker and Allen Addition as recorded in Book 19, page P -5 in the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office.
