G 7S- 7—e -0 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, <br />AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />(Chapter 21, Municipal Code.) <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance <br />is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and <br />the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following <br />described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br />Beginning at the point of intersection of the South right -of -way <br />line of the Indiana East -West Toll Road and the Easterly right - <br />of -way line of Maple Road, near the Northwest corner of Section 27, <br />Township 38 North, Range 2 East, St. Joseph County, Indiana,' <br />THENCE Northeasterly along the easterly right -of -way line of Maple Road <br />and said Easterly right -of -way line projected to a point of inter- <br />section of said Maple Road Easterly right -of -way line with the <br />Northerly right -of -way line of the New Cleveland Road <br />THENCE Northwesterly and Westerly along the Northerly right -of -way line of <br />the New Cleveland Road to the point of intersection with the West <br />right -of -way line of Mayflower Road <br />THENCE Northerly along the West right -of -way line of Mayflower Road to the <br />point of intersection with the South right -of -way line of Brick <br />Road <br />THENCE West along the South right -of -way line of Brick Road to a point <br />on the East line of the NW 4 of the NW 4 of Section 20, Township 38 <br />North, Range 2 East <br />THENCE South along the said East line of the NW 4 of the NW 4 of Section 20 <br />a distance of 220 feet <br />THENCE due West 200 feet <br />THENCE due North 220 feet to the South right -of -way line of Brick Road <br />THENCE due West along the South right -of -way line of Brick Road to a <br />point on the East line of the West 2 of the West 2 of the <br />Northwest 4 of said Section 20 <br />
