ORDINANCE NO. ( 7S',-?-cFO <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF <br />$26,801.19 FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER <br />BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO THE GEN- <br />ERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Certain Barrett Law Sewer Projects have been constructed in accord- <br />ance with bids and resolutions submitted to, and approved by the <br />Board of Public Works. The City of South Bend has been assessed <br />the sum of $26,801.19 for part of Homeland 2nd (Meade Street) <br />Sanitary Sewer and funds are needed for payment of this assessment. <br />The Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund has been establish- <br />ed and can legally incur this cost. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I.
