(t, -7j-Z) -if 6 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $10,637.00 FROM THE <br />FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY KNOWN AS <br />GENERAL REVENUE SHAPING, TO FUND THE POSITION <br />OF DEPUTY ATTORNEY, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH ITS DEPARTMENT OF <br />LAW. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Additional funds are needed by the Department of Law <br />to fund the position of a Deputy Attorney during the year 1980. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I.
