The plan indicates an educationaluse occupying this space. <br /> Analysis & Recommendation <br /> Analysis: Originally the parochial school for St. Stephen Catholic Church and later the location <br /> of El Campito, this vacant school building can continue to serve as a place of learning and a <br /> community space, as envisioned by the Near Westside Neighborhood Plan. <br /> Staff Recommendation: Based on the information provided prior to the public hearing, the staff <br /> recommends the Board send the petition to the Common Council with a favorable <br /> recommendation. <br /> SOUTH BEND BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Page 3 o <br />
