SECTION II. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance <br />is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions <br />or applications which can be given effect without the invalid pro- <br />vision or application, and to that end, the provisions of this <br />ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION III. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its adoption by the Common Council, its approval by <br />the Mayor, and the fulfillment of all statutory requirements. <br />Member of the Common Council <br />Passed, as amended, July 28, 1980 <br />
