BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE N0. -(,) <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $3,000.00 <br />FROM THE ETHNIC FESTIVAL FUND OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR THE <br />PURPOSE OF DEFRAYING THE COSTS OF THE <br />ETHNIC FESTIVAL TO BE ADMINISTERED BY <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION AND <br />FINANCE. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Funds are needed to defray costs for the Ethnic Festi- <br />val due to the relocation of the Festival. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $3,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />for the year 1980, from the Ethnic Festival Fund of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana. This appropriation is to be administered <br />by the Department of Administration and Finance and will be <br />distributed as set forth below: <br />ACCOUNT <br />DESCRIPTION <br />AMOUNT <br />260.0 Contractual Services $3,000.00 <br />TOTAL $3,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
