ORDINANCE NO. Lko 5�- � AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $25,000.00 TO ACCOUNT 722.0, MOTOR EQUIPMENT, WITHIN THE BUREAU OF SEWERS BUDGET OF THE SEWAGE WORKS DEPRECIATION FUND. SAID APPROPRIATION TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE BUREAU OF SEWERS. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Bureau of Sewers needs more money than was originally appropriated in its 1980 Operating Budget for the replacement of equipment. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Bureau of Sewers to insure the department's ability to properly perform its function. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The sum of $25,000.00 is hereby appropriated as set forth below from the Sewage Works Depreciation Fund: ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT 722.0 Motor Equipment $25,000.00 TOTAL $25,000.00 SECTION II.
