Jefferson Boulevard <br />Presiding: Ms. Carolyn Pfotenhauer South Bend, IN 46601 <br />President <br />Mrs. Loretta Duda, City Clerk, administered the oath of office to the members. <br />The January 11, 1999 Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />2:10 p.m. by its 1998 President, Carolyn Pfotenhauer. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Ms. Carolyn Pfotenhauer, President <br />Mr. Matthew Kahn, Vice-President <br />Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Jennifer Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />Mrs. Kolata conducted the Election of Officers. <br />PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Alvarez nominated Carolyn Pfotenhauer to serve as President of the Redevelopment <br />Authority. Matthew Kahn seconded the nomination. There were no additional <br />nominations. The vote being unanimous, Ms. Pfotenhauer was elected President for <br />1999. <br />Vice-President <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer nominated Matthew Kahn to serve as Vice-President of the <br />Redevelopment Authority. Jose Alvarez seconded the nomination. There were no <br />additional nominations.
