fa) The Department may conduct or may require a local plan review in compliance with IC 22-15-3.3 on any construction project or site development. lb) No later than January I.2026.the Department shall provide a schedule of requirements for obtaining a permit.which includes the following: (II Listing of any required plan reviews or inspections,including a statement that an applicant may use either the City or a private provider to conduct any required plan review or inspection and that the applicant must indicate whether it will use a private provider, (2)The timeline provided by LC.36-7-2.5 et seq. for notifications and submission of documents.
