(i) The Building Commissioner shall periodically review the permit fees charged by the
<br /> Department,comparing the fees to those charged by other local governmental entities and
<br /> comparing the total annual fees collected to the annual cost of operating the Building
<br /> Department.Such a review shall be made at least once every three(3)years.The Building
<br /> Commissioner shall report the findings and conclusions from such review to the Common
<br /> Council of the City.
