ORDINANCE NO. 6 -) ?S-4V <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A CONTRACT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AND THOMAS <br />J. BRUNNER, JR., SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR <br />PROVIDING LEGAL SERVICES WITH RESPECT TO <br />THE FIRST BANK CENTER PROJECT AND CENTURY <br />MALL. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />To approve a Contract for Legal Services related to the First <br />Bank Center Project and Century Mall Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the <br />Citv of South Bend. Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. That the Contract entered into between the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, and Thomas J. Brunner, Jr., South Bend, Indiana, <br />on the 28th day of April, 1980, for professional services concerning <br />the First Bank Center Project and the Century Mall project in a total <br />cost which will exceed $7,500.00 is hereby approved. <br />SECTION II.
