A fire protection sprinkler contractor may only be issued a permit to install or repair fire protection sprinkler systems. 3. A lawn sprinkler system contractor may only be issued a permit to install or repair lawn sprinkler systems,including backflow protection devices. 4. A sewer cleaner may only be issued a permit to repair or alter existing drainage piping,or to install sewer or water lines,from a distance of two(2) feet outside of any building or structure to the public way. 5. A water softener dealer may only be issued a permit to install water softening equipment or apparatus.
