NOTICE TO BIDDERS <br />SALE OF CITY -OWNED <br />PROPERTY <br />Notice is hereby given <br />that the C;ly of South <br />Bend, Indiana, will re- <br />ceive sealed bids at the <br />Office of the Board of <br />Public Works, 13th Floor, <br />County -City Building, <br />Room 1376. 227 West <br />Jefferson, South Bend, <br />Indiana, until the hour of <br />9:30 am., on Monday, <br />May e, 2006 for the <br />following parcel of real <br />estate located in South <br />Bend, Indiana: <br />Key No. 18-7037-1497 <br />Vacant Lot Next <br />to 225 East Donald <br />Lot 155 of Bowman's 5th <br />The minimum accepted <br />bid amount will be <br />$600.00 (Six Hundred <br />Dollars and no cents). <br />Pursuant to State statute, <br />these properties may not <br />be sold to a person who <br />is ineligible under Sec- <br />tion 16 (I.C. 36-1.11- <br />16). <br />Additionally, an offer to <br />purchase property sub- <br />mitted by trust must <br />identify each beneficiary <br />of the trust and settlor <br />empowered to revoke or <br />modify the trust. <br />The City of South Bend <br />will not be rosponsible <br />for any fees which may <br />be incurred by a pur- <br />chaser represented by a <br />real estate agency. Bid- <br />ders will also be respon- <br />sible for the cost of ad- <br />vertising upon a suc- <br />cessful negotiation and <br />sale of the tract.
