NOTICE TO BIDDERS SALE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY Notice is hereby given that the C;ly of South Bend, Indiana, will re- ceive sealed bids at the Office of the Board of Public Works, 13th Floor, County -City Building, Room 1376. 227 West Jefferson, South Bend, Indiana, until the hour of 9:30 am., on Monday, May e, 2006 for the following parcel of real estate located in South Bend, Indiana: Key No. 18-7037-1497 Vacant Lot Next to 225 East Donald Lot 155 of Bowman's 5th The minimum accepted bid amount will be $600.00 (Six Hundred Dollars and no cents). Pursuant to State statute, these properties may not be sold to a person who is ineligible under Sec- tion 16 (I.C. 36-1.11- 16). Additionally, an offer to purchase property sub- mitted by trust must identify each beneficiary of the trust and settlor empowered to revoke or modify the trust.
