I have chosen to pursue this activity through the Road <br />and Street Fund and the use of a private contractor due to the lack <br />of Motor Vehicle Highway Funds which the City currently faces. Those <br />streets currently under consideration for scarification and resurfac- <br />ing are: <br />Indiana Avenue from Swygart Avenue to Prairie Avenue <br />' Diamond Avenue from Lincolnway West to Portage Avenue <br />Elwood Avenue from Portage Avenue to Olive Street <br />Riverside Drive from Angela Boulevard to California Avenue <br />Your consideration of this appropriation is requested.
