ORDINANCE NO. �g 2 -9td <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $185,000.00 FROM THE <br />LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO THE CONTRACTUAL <br />SERVICES ACCOUNT, 0260. FOR THE PAVING AND <br />SCARIFICATION OF VARIOUS STREETS, WITHIN THE <br />LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to meet existing and proposed traffic demands, to provide <br />the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, and to provide positive <br />control of storm drainage, the following streets will be resurfaced and <br />scarified: Indiana from Swygart to Prairie; Diamond from Lincoln Way <br />West to Portage; Elwood from Portage to Olive; and Riverside from Angela <br />to California. <br />Funds are now needed to pay the cost of these improvements.
