There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Ms. Carolyn Pfotenhauer, President <br />Mr. Matthew Kahn, Vice-President <br />Mr. Jose Alvarez, Secretary <br />• <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata <br />Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Upon a motion by Matthew Kahn, seconded by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 3, 1998. <br />3. New Business <br />a. Approval of Plat for Blackthorn Corporate Park, Minor # 8. <br />• <br />This Plat replaces the Plat that was submitted on August 3, 1998. Mrs. Kolata stated <br />that Shamrock's lot location changed slightly from the Plat that the Authority signed <br />at the August 3, 1998 meeting. The boundaries changed to improve the other lot <br />that has not been sold yet. <br />Mr. Alvarez asked if Shamrock is going to use the building. that is being built on the <br />lot. Mrs. Kolata stated that Shamrock is building a 10,000 sq. ft. building, and they <br />will occupy half of it. A portion of it will be occupied by Mike Boehm, a financial <br />consultant, and 2,500, sq. feet will be available for rent. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Mr. Kahn and unanimously carried, the <br />Authority approved the Plat for Blackthorn Corporate Park, Minor # 8. <br />b.
