Strycker, Y.S.B. <br />Re: Enclosed Ordinance <br />Date: May 2, 1980 <br />The enclosed ordinance would allow the Youth Service Bureau to transfer funds <br />among various categories within our H.E.W. grant which supports the Youth Service <br />Bureau Runaway Shelter. The current grant ends on June 30, 1980. This request <br />is being made to cover projected overruns in some line items by transferring funds <br />from line items not being expended. <br />A complete explanation follows: <br />1. Personnel: Increase by $1,800.00. This covers salary needs through the end <br />of June, 1980. These funds will include 100% salary of one part -time family <br />therapist. This position is currently being paid from Youth Service Bureau's <br />rapidly depleting Title XX funds. <br />2. Building Repairs: This line item is being reduced by $250.00 <br />3. Contractuals: Increased by $100.00 to cover cost of annual audit. <br />4. Medical Expenses: Decreased by $100.00 <br />5. Other Supplies: Decreased by $800.00 <br />6. Liability Insurance: Decreased by $50.00 <br />7. Rent' Increased by $225.00.
