The streets and <br />alleys shown on said plat and outside of the portion inclosed by red lines <br />are hereby severally excepted and reserved from this plat as public streets, <br />and are to remain the private property of Leslie C. I,`,'hitcomb and Fred_ W. <br />Treller, and are not for the public use, but hereafter may become public <br />streets and alleys and may then be dedicated as such hereafter. The <br />property adjoining is divided into lots.
