Now based in A&Z's Valparaiso office, Nathan has been working as <br />an engineer on projects similar in scope to the SRTS in South Bend. Nathan is also positioned near the <br />Kennedy Academy site to provide consistent daily observation. He will document progress, verify <br />quantities and estimates, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Nathan's most notable <br />construction supervision experience includes the I-65 concrete patching and milling for the LaPorte <br />District. <br />Education & Training <br />BS, Civil Engineering I Purdue Northwest <br />INDOT Certified: Technician, AWP Trained <br />Select Experience <br />3rd Street Improvements I St. Joe, IN I Engineer for a full -depth reconstruction that included concrete curb and <br />gutter, ADA compliant curb ramps, concrete sidewalk, concrete drive approaches, storm sewer improvements, and <br />restoration. <br />Woodburn & Webster Rd. Sidewalks I Allen County Highway Department I Design of new sidewalks around <br />Woodlan Jr./Sr High School including ADA compliant curb ramps. <br />Westgate Neighborhood Improvements, Phase III I Columbia City, IN I Design for CCMG project that consisted of <br />roadway improvements and the addition of sidewalk and ADA accessible connectivity. <br />CODY HEPLER 1 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE <br />Cody has been providing construction inspection services on transportation projects since 2014. His <br />experience spans bridge rehabilitation, roadway construction, utility improvements, and pedestrian <br />facilities. He monitors field activities, verifies materials, conducts on -site testing, and ensures <br />compliance with INDOT and LPA standards. Included crosswalks, curb and gutter, ADA curb <br />ramps.* <br />• North Manchester 2022 CCMG I North Manchester, IN I Inspector for seven street projects with sidewalks, curb <br />and gutter, curb ramps along with full -depth reconstruction. <br />*Indicates projects Cody completed while working with A&Z Engineering; these are A&Z projects. <br />A&Z Inspectors are ahead <br />of the curve with AWP <br />Proficiency. <br />INDOT is phasing out SiteManager and adopting <br />AASHTOWare Project (AWP) as its new standard <br />for construction documentation. This modern, web - <br />based system streamlines reporting, materials <br />tracking, and daily field entries. <br />A&Z inspectors are ahead of the curve — <br />several team members have already trained in <br />AWP and are actively preparing for the full <br />transition. Our familiarity with both SiteManager <br />and AWP ensures accurate, compliant <br />documentation and a seamless shift for this and <br />future INDOT/LPA projects.
