ORDINANCE NO. 6q&o —9 1 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $112,504.00 TO THE BUREAU OF <br />SEWERS BUDGET LINE ITEM ACCOUNTS: EQUIPMENT REPAIR, OTHER <br />CONTRACTUAL, OTHER GARAGE & MOTOR, SALT AND OTHER MATERIAL. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. AND INTENT: <br />Certain extraordinary conditions have developed si=nce the adoption of <br />the existing budget for the Bureau of Sewers so that it is now necessary to <br />appropriate monies to that budget in order to insure the Bureau's ability <br />to perform its functions during the year 1981. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I.
