Olive St. <br />Molnar / Miller <br />Establishment <br />Renewal <br />FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION - PETITION TO VACATE THE SOUTHERN PORTION <br />(275 FT) OF THE 1 sT NORTH/SOUTH ALLEY. NORTH OF E. LASALLE AVE. AND EAST <br />OF N. NILES AVE. <br />President Maradik indicated that Riley Ellingsen, has submitted a request to vacate the above <br />referenced alley. Ms. Maradik advised the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations <br />concerning this vacation petition from the Public Works Department, Fire Department, Police <br />Department, and Community Investment who all state the request does meet the criteria of I.C. 36- <br />7-3-13. Therefore, VP Molnar made a motion to send a favorable recommendation contingent on <br />access to all properties adjacent to vacation, whether by turnaround or access agreements to the <br />Common Council.
