Staff, volunteers, and contractors are to report any emergencies immediately to event <br />coordinator — located at the venue — refer to attached site plan. <br />Event Coordinator and Staff designated and will coordinate <br />emergency procedures should they occur. <br />Volunteers and contractors are not to attempt to put out fires unless they are certain <br />that they can do so without jeopardizing their own safety.
