Owner shall pay Engineer for Basic Services set forth in Exhibit A, except for services of <br />Engineer’s Resident Project Representative, if any, as follows: <br />1. A Lump Sum amount of $311,000 based on the following estimated distribution of <br />compensation: <br />a. Project Administration and Coordination $35,200 <br />b. Subsurface Utility Investigation $26,800 <br />c. Topographic Survey Services $24,300 <br />d. Construction/Land Disturbance Storm Water Permitting $7,100 <br />e. Decommissioning Planning and Investigating Services $15,000 <br />f. Demolition Bid Document Development $64,700 <br />g. Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Costs $10,500 <br />h.
