Upon development, many of these units are not deteriorated beyond repair and <br />can be restored. There are several in the basement level which are deteriorated beyond repair, which <br />shall be replaced or infilled with masonry as many of these sills are flush or below the alleyway paving. <br />Additionally, there will be a need to provide adequate ventilation to the building to alleviate the <br />high humidity levels.
