Scope of Work: I. Mobilize manpower, materials & equipment as needed to complete the project in a professional manner. 2. Demolition & disposal of the existing (3) sections of wood platforms & (2) stairs into a Contractor supplied dumpster. 3. Fabricate (3) treated wood platforms (approx. T-0" wide x I T-0" long x T-0" high) & (2) stair sections (3 steps each stair) to be independent of one another to create a "U"-shape platform to match the existing platform that is to be removed. 4. Scrape & sand steel structure & exterior of generator housing. 5. (2) Coats of Sherwin Williams Macropoxy 646 on steel structure & generator housing. 6. General Construction cleanup of debris. Clarifications & Exclusions: • All work is figured for standard weekday working hours, 7:00am-3:30pm. Excludes Holidays & Premium Time. • Permit fees, inspections, builder's risk & bonds are excluded from this proposal. • Excludes sales tax. A tax exemption certificate is required for credit, otherwise taxes will be charged. • Excludes any staining of the new deck materials. The platforms will NOT be mounted to the existing asphalt. • Excludes any type of handrail for the new stairs & wooden platforms. • Excludes high temperature coatings for paint. • Platform below the generator will be sanded/cleaned/painted as far as can be reached by hand. • Excludes power washing & sand blasting. Tags/letters to be masked off &/or cut around to best results. • Work is weather dependent — excludes any tenting or temporary heat. • Work not described in this scope of work or different to assumptions will be completed by approved Change Orders. Important! Our Proposal does not include the identification, detection, abatement, encapsulation, disposal, nor removal of Asbestos, lead -based paints, PCB's, Fungi, Bacteria, nor any hazardous substances. We propose to furnish labor, material and equipment in accordance with the above, for the sum of: Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty & 00/ 100--------------------------------------------------- DOLLARS $ 9,980.00 --------------------------- Payment due within 30 days of invoice for work completed and material stored during the month. After 30 days, a finance charge of 1'/2% per month is added to balance, representing an annual percentage rate of 18%.
