The Scope of Work for this project shall incorporate all requirements set forth in the Request for <br />Proposals, Addendum #1, and Addendum #2, which includes, but is not limited to, the following: <br />Constructing an approximately 660-space, seven -story structured garage and concrete <br />podium which will facilitate the construction of multi -family housing and commercial <br />space that will wrap the parking structure. <br />■ Completing all site infrastructure work required to facilitate construction of the parking <br />garage, including all site demolition, removal of existing on -site utilities, installation of <br />stormwater management system, curb and sidewalk, on -site parking, landscaping, and <br />irrigation. <br />• Preparing the site for construction of the planned hotel in addition to multi -family housing <br />and commercial space that will wrap the parking garage, including, but not limited to, the <br />following: <br />o Ensuring that the building pad for the planned hotel is eight (8) inches below the <br />finished floor elevation (FIFE). <br />o Working with the City and Great Lakes Capital to ensure that domestic and fire <br />water lines are installed so that they are accessible when construction <br />commences on the multi -family housing and commercial space that will wrap the <br />parking garage. <br />o Extending sanitary sewer lines to within five (5) feet of the planned hotel and the <br />multi -family housing structure. <br />o Installing the in -ground stormwater infrastructure for the parking lot, parking <br />garage, and roof -top drainage for the planned hotel and the multi -family housing <br />structure. <br />■ The roofs for the multi -family housing structure will drain onto the top <br />deck of the parking garage. <br />The stormwater drainage system for the planned hotel will connect <br />directly to the in -ground infrastructure. <br />This scope of work does not include, and thus contractor shall not be responsible for, <br />excavation, foundation installations, utility hookups, and other activities specific to the buildings <br />other than the parking garage and podium. <br />Contractor is responsible for all site work within these limits: <br />
