® TH AIA Document A133 - 2019 Exhibit B Insurance and Bonds § 13.3.3 Construction Manager's Other Insurance Coverage § 13.3.3.1 Insurance selected and described in this Section B.3.3 shall be purchased from an insurance company or insurance companies lawfully authorized to issue insurance in the jurisdiction where the Project is located. The Construction Manager shall maintain the required insurance until the expiration of the period for correction of Work as set forth in Section 12.2.2 of the General Conditions, unless a different duration is stated below: (If the Construction Manager is required to maintain any of the types of insurance selected below for a duration other than the expiration of the period for correction of Work, state the duration.)
