Not applicable. § 6.2 Guaranteed Maximum Price The Construction Manager guarantees that the Contract Sum shall not exceed the Guaranteed Maximum Price set forth in the Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment, subject to additions and deductions by Change Order as provided in the Contract Documents. Costs which would cause the Guaranteed Maximum Price to be exceeded shall be paid by the Construction Manager without reimbursement by the Owner. Savings shall be shared 80% to the Owner and 20% to the Construction Manager however the Construction Manager's savings share shall not exceed $100,000. § 6.3 Changes in the Work § 6.3.1 The Owner may, without invalidating the Contract, order changes in the Work within the general scope of the Contract consisting of additions, deletions or other revisions. The Owner shall issue such changes in writing. The Construction Manager may be entitled to an equitable adjustment in the Contract Time as a result of changes in the Work. § 6.3.1.1 The Architect may order minor changes in the Work as provided in Article 7 of AIA Document A201-2017, General Conditions of the Contract for Construction.
