In order to delete <br />this exception, we require that proceedings to Quiet Title to <br />said property against said party be filed in a court of <br />competent jurisdiction, and proper service of process upon said <br />party, a final Quiet Title judgment be entered therein, and the <br />time within to file an appeal expire.
