This is a legal description of the residue of Lot No. 6 which was <br />purchased in its entirety for the Right -of -Way of the Chapin Street Inner <br />Belt area. On behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana, I find no fur- <br />ther use of this land; therefore I recommend that it be sold. <br />Part of Lot No. 6 of Mary Whitherill's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot 32 <br />in South Bend, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the South Fast <br />corner of said Lot No. 6; thence due West along the South property line of <br />said Lot No. 6 a distance of 29.71 feet, to the Easterly Right -of -Way line of <br />the Chapin Street Inner Belt; thence North Easterly along the said Easterly <br />Right -of -Way line a distance of 177.32 feet to a point 22 feet more or less <br />South of and 6 feet more or less West of the North East corner of said Lot <br />No. 6; thence further North Easterly along the said Easterly Right -of -Way <br />line a distance of 23.18 feet to the North East corner of said Lot No. 6; <br />thence due South along the East property line of said Lot No. 6 a distance <br />of 198 feet to the point of beginning; containing 3,434 square feet more Cr <br />less all in Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana. <br />
