BOWEN SAFETY POLICY MANUAL <br />b. Union employees have the right to request their on -site steward <br />be present, if available. If the steward is requested, the typically <br />two (2) hour time frame for completing the test will not be <br />hindered. This time frame shall start upon notification of test. Any <br />and all union agreement provisions will also be adheredto. <br />Reference Section 3.3.D for Disciplinary Procedures <br />6. POST ACCIDENWINCIDENTTESTING <br />a. Drug and Alcohol Testing may be requiredfor all employees <br />involved in a workplace accident/incident based on resonible <br />suspicion that meets the following definition: <br />Accident- Any event caused by an employee, either directly or <br />indirectly, resulting in injury to a person, to the extent the <br />attention of a physician is required, or that resulted in damage <br />to property. <br />ii. Incident - An event which has all the attributes of an accident, <br />except that no harm was caused to person or property. <br />b. All post -accident alcohol tests shall be completed within two (2) <br />hours to eight (8) hours or sooner following anaccident/incident. <br />C. All post -accident drug tests shall be completed within twenty-four <br />(24) to thirty-two (32) hours or sooner following an <br />accident/incident. <br />d. All post -accident drug tests will be sent to and evaluated by the <br />MRO for results. <br />Reference Section 3.3.D for Disciplinary Procedures <br />7. POST MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTTESTING <br />a. All employees operating Bowen owned vehicles or operatingtheir <br />own vehicles while conducting company business maybe <br />subjected to a post -accident drug and alcohol test based on <br />resoniblr suspiction under the following circumstances: <br />The driver receives a citation under state or local law for a <br />moving violation arising from the accident. <br />ii. A fatality occurs. <br />iii. Bodily injury to a person, which requires medical treatment <br />away from the scene of the accident. <br />iv.
