NEW BUSINESS <br />a. continued... <br />to the Redevelopment Commission so that the Commission can market it for <br />development. The Commission has accepted a Letter of Intent to purchase <br />approximately 8 acres with a right of first refusal on an additional 2 acres. In <br />order to close on the property the Commission needs to own the land, so <br />Resolution No. 116 transfers 10 acres to the Redevelopment Commission. At the <br />closing with the developer, a portion of the proceeds will go to defease a portion <br />of the bonds. The Commission will defease all 10 acres, but will only transfer 8 <br />acres to the developer. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the project will be athree-story, 90,000 square foot <br />building in a wooded area behind the 15th Green of Blackthorn Golf Course. The <br />Commission has agreed to extend Mayflower Road and create a cul de sac for <br />access to the property. <br />• 4.
