An offering sheet with the full legal descriptions of the real <br />estate is on file and available for inspection by any interested <br />bidders in the Office of the Board of Public Works, 1308 County - <br />City Building, South Bend, Indiana. <br />These parcels have been offered for sale with no bids having <br />been received equal to the offering price, said -property is now <br />being offered for sale on credit pursuant to Chapter 14.5 of the <br />Municipal Code of the City of South Bend. <br />The terms of this sale are cash or, in the alternative, credit <br />in payments not to extend over a period of more than three years, <br />payable in equal quarterly installments with interest at the rate <br />of eight (8) per cent. <br />This Board will receive sealed bids at not less than the offering <br />price until the 4th day of September, 1979 at 9:30 a.m. <br />in the Office of the Board. Bids will be opened by the Board at <br />its office on the 4th day of September at 9:30 a.m. <br />The Board shall award the sale of the property to the highest <br />and best bid equal to not less than the offering price.
