ORDINANCE NO. 6966 -81 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $15,000.00 <br />FROM THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND <br />SINKING FUND TO PROJECT CS 813, <br />CLYDE CREEK DRAINAGE STRUCTURE REPAIR, <br />WITHIN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING <br />AND SINKING FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />The Clyde Creek Drainage Structure located under Southernview <br />Drive is in need of repair. The structure was damaged by storms and is <br />in need of permanent repairs. <br />Funds are now needed for the cost of construction of these repairs. <br />These funds are available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br />Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />Section I: The following sum of money is appropriated and ordered <br />set apart out of the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the <br />project in the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO. <br />LOCATION <br />AMOUNT <br />813 Clyde Creek Drainage Structure Repair $ 15,000.00 <br />Total Project $ 15,000.00 <br />Section II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from <br />and after its passage by the Common Council and approval by the Mayor. <br />tsr READING q— I <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />2nd READING <br />NOT.
