Please sign it and return it to my <br />attention. The City Attorney's office will begin preparing the appropriate Quit Claim Deed for this <br />property for your signature. <br />?Iease submit a check to the Board of Public Works, made payable to the City of South <br />Bend, in the amount of $775.51. We are in receipt of your deposit check for S 100.00. Once the <br />paYmQnt has been returned to me, the Quit Claim Deed and Purchase Agreement will be processed <br />for this property.
