ORDINANCE NO. iySC%7 - ko <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $18,500.00 <br />FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND TO <br />PROJECT R & S 8002, TRAFFIC PRE- EMPTOR <br />AND MEDIAN MODIFICATION, WITHIN THE <br />LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to bring Cleveland Road from Bendix Drive to a point <br />400 feet West, up to the standards necessary to meet existing traffic <br />needs, certain improvements have been proposed. <br />Funds are now needed to pay the cost of construction of these <br />improvements. These funds are available from the Local Road and Street <br />Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and <br />ordered set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the project in <br />the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
