BILL NO. ORDINANCE NO. _(,p '� Q t - RD AN ORDINANCE TRANSFERRING $22,000.00 AMONG VARIOUS ACCOUNTS, ALL ACCOUNTS BEING WITHIN THE GENERAL PARK FUND. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Certain unforeseen conditions have developed since the adoption of the existing budget of the Department of Public Parks, so that it is now necessary to transfer money from various accounts where a surplus exists to various accounts where additional money is needed, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section I.
