Jefferson Boulevard <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />Prior to the start of the meeting, Mrs Loretta Duda, City Clerk, administered the oath of office to <br />Carolyn Pfotenhauer. <br />The April 18, 1997 Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at <br />3:40 p.m. by its Secretary/Treasurer, Eugene Ladewski.. There was a quorum present. <br />1. ROLL CALL <br />Members Present: Mr. Eugene Ladewski <br />Ms. Carolyn Pfotenhauer <br />Members Absent: Mr. Andre Gammage <br /> <br />Redevelopment Staff: Mrs. Ann Kolata, Director <br />Mrs. Cheryl Phipps, Recording Secretary <br />Others: Ms. Loretta Duda, City Clerk <br />2. ELECTION OF OFFICERS <br />Mrs. Kolata, conduced "the Election of Officers. <br />,~ 1 <br />Mr. Ladewski nominated Carolyn Pfotenhauer to serve as Vice-President of the <br />Redevelopment Authority. There were no additional nominations. The vote being <br />unanimous, Ms. Pfotenhauer was elected Vice-President for 1997. <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer assumed the chair. <br />3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Wednesday, Marchl2, <br />1997. <br /> <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Ladewski, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of <br />Wednesday, March 12, 1997. <br />1 <br /> <br />
