Cleveland and Maple ORDINANCE NO. 6 8 G 3 To AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (Chapter 21 Municipal Code). BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: A part of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter (1/4) of Section 22, Township 38 North, Range 2 East, German Township, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 22; thence North 896 47'38" East along the South line of said Section 22, 1326.96 feet; thence North 0° 38'41" West, 218.41 feet to the intersection of the Northerly right of way of Cleveland Road with the East line of the land owned by the grantor, being the East line of the West half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 22; thence North 67 46'24" West along said Northerly right of way of Cleveland Road, 382.74 feet; thence North 8 44'52" West, 56.97 feet to the Easterly right of way of Maple Road; thence North 42 13'36" East along said Easterly right of way of Maple Road, 530.12 feet to the East line of the land owned by the grantor, being the East line of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 22; thence South 0 38'41" East along said East line of the land owned by the grantor, being the East line of the West half of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 22, 593.68 feet to the point of beginning. be and the same is hereby established as "C" Commercial, A height and area.
