ORDINANCE NO.JCI AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $30,000.00 FROM THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS GENERAL REVENUE SHARING, FOR THE POLICE FOOT PATROL PROGRAM, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH THE POLICE DEPARTMENT. WHEREAS, additional funds are needed by the Police Department to insure this Department's ability to properly perform its functions during the year 1980. IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the NOW, THEREFORE, BE City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I.
