People have set trash <br />and thrown empty beer bottles in this lot. I myself have called down to the city several times to <br />ask for items to be removed. I thought to myself since I live next door to this lot why not try and <br />purchase this lot and make it part of my home. I can expand my yard and fence in the property to <br />keep traffic away and then benefit by having a lovly garden of vegetables in the summer and in <br />beautiful flcwers in the spring and summer. Maybe in the years to come put in a nice pond area <br />with a water fall for reiaxation. I do have a vision and I know it can become a reality. <br />I thank you for your time, <br />� r, <br />
