PETITION TO 'AMEND ZONING ORIIINANCE <br />Application No. 72-5- (90 <br />Dated Filed with City Clerk or County Auditor <br />Dated Received by the Area Plan Commission <br />We, the undersigned, do hereby respectfully make application <br />and petition the Common Council, City of South Bend, to amend the <br />Zoning Ordinance of The City of South Bend. <br />1. The property sought to be rezoned is located at 1022 Georgiana <br />Street, South Bend, Indiana. <br />2. The property is owned by James W. Sharpe. <br />3. A legal description of the property is as follows: <br />Lots 54 and 55, Hartman and Miller Plat, an Addition to South <br />Bend, Indiana. <br />4. It is desired and requested th ,#b,� oregoing property be <br />rezoned from B Residential^to C' Commercial, E Height and <br />Area. C04 <br />5. It is proposed that the property will be put to the following <br />use and the following building will be constructed: <br />Expansion of retail rental store and industrial uses that are <br />clearly incidental to the retail business of rental of equip- <br />ment to include outside storage of rental property. <br />6.
